The discourse of the Islamic Revolution was developed and emerged with the approach of returning to Islam and the rule of the people using the principles of Islam, paying attention to the requirements of time and place under the leadership of Imam Khomeini, and he began to build a system for 10 years under the management of the Imam himself. In this political system, presidents have played an important role, and sometimes their approach was not in line with the discourse of the architect of the Islamic Revolution.
